I am not a big fan of humans, but..
Think about the number of invisible boundaries humans have put in place over hundreds of years in order to make humans live a civilized life. Most of these are unconsciously keeping us in check and some rather ostensibly.
Imagine, what it takes to have the human live like a human.
- Borders of countries, so humans are caged
- Police, for internal harmony
- Armed forces, so even the most ‘enterprising’ humans can be curtailed legally
- Shame, which is a carefully curated construct over the years, so humans behave in a certain way
- Law, to make punishment acceptable to humans
- Marriage, which is essentially a legal contract and has nothing to do with love
- Religion, essentially setting fear in humans so they avoid certain behaviours
- Money, so humans feel the pressure to make themself useful and bring discipline to their life
I believe you can count atleast 10 more such checks which humans are subjected in their lifetime, and only then humans can conduct in a civilised manner.
So this anyways solicits the question as to what is a real human life ? Will we ever know ? How can we ever know unless we live a life without these shackles ?
We will never know.
